In 2011, Building & Buildings, member company of BBS Holding, delivered its first select project, Baabda Hills 4502, of 8 luxury apartments located in Brazillia, Baabda, in the luxurious Italian Embassy neighbourhood.

Soon after, in 2012, Building & Buildings launched Red Roof Residence, a gated community comprising 9 low rise buildings, and located on a quiet Metn hill in Ain Alak, only 10mns from Antelias.
